Which languages are available?
Every guide and journal comes in English, Español, Español (Latinoamérica), Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Português and Português (Brasil). Choose your language on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Which edition of Separation Preparation should I choose?
English buyers can choose the Ireland, UK, EU or USA edition, so the practical information fits where you live. The other languages use our EU edition.
Can I fill it in on my phone?
Yes. Open the fillable or phone version in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app (iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows or Mac), tap any line to type, and save as you go.
How do I open a ZIP file?
On a computer, double-click it to unzip. On an iPhone or iPad, tap it in the Files app. On Android, open it with the Files app.
What paper size is the printable version?
A4, and it prints neatly on US Letter too. Choose “Fit to page” and “High quality” in your print settings.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that your right to cancel ends once the download starts. If you haven't downloaded yet, you can cancel within 14 days. If anything is wrong with your file, or you chose the wrong language or edition, email us and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
