Lovora Life sells digital products only: downloadable guides and journals delivered instantly as PDF or ZIP files. Nothing is posted to you. This policy applies to customers wherever you live.

Your right to cancel and instant downloads

If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you have agreed to this beforehand. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to your files and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. If you have not yet downloaded your files, you can still cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Customers outside the EU, EEA and UK: because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, unless the law where you live gives you further rights.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a file is faulty, will not open, is incomplete, or is not as described, email us at info@lovoralife.com with your order number. We will send a working or correct file, and if we cannot put it right we will refund you in full.

Wrong language or edition

If you chose the wrong language or country edition by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will happily swap it for the one you need, free of charge.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, let us know within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days. We aim to reply to every request within two working days.
