These terms apply when you use lovoralife.com or buy from Lovora Life. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Lovora Life is an online shop selling downloadable guides and journals to customers worldwide. You can contact us at info@lovoralife.com.

2. Our products

All products are digital files (PDF or ZIP). Nothing is posted to you. Please choose the correct language and, for Separation Preparation and The Journey Collection, the correct country edition before you buy. Language versions are based on our EU edition.

3. Not professional advice

Our guides and journals are educational and self-reflection tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological or other professional advice, and they do not replace a solicitor, lawyer, accountant, mediator, therapist or other qualified adviser. Laws and procedures differ between countries and change over time. Always take advice that fits your own situation. If you are in danger or experiencing abuse, contact local emergency services or a specialist support service.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is calculated for your country at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Your download link appears straight after checkout and is also emailed to you. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

7. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and fill in the files for your own personal use. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute, copy for others or use the files commercially, and you may not remove our copyright notices. All content, designs and text remain the copyright of Lovora Life.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying files that work and match their description. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of our products, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Using our website

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or interfere with its security. We may update the site, our products and prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you still benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
